Since its inception in 2002, the group has delivered high-quality projects backed by detailed planning and a customer-first approach. The company has been focused in simplifying the investment in land for the customers.
The journey began, in 1995, with the development of independent houses on prime plots in Jaipur, followed by the successful handover of 25 homes by 1998. Over time, the company expanded its footprint through milestone projects such as Sunshine Residency at Shastri Nagar, Prim Estate at Jagatpura, and Prim Welkin Enclave at Mahal Road. From 2002 onwards, the company introduced township development as a concept in the city, followed by notable projects including Prim Perch, Prim Vrindavan, Prim Habitat, and Prim Province across different locations. By 2009, it had achieved over 10 lakh square yards of land development and successfully handed over ten projects by 2011.
