Since its formal inception in 2002, we have remained committed to simplifying land investment and delivering high-quality developments that stand the test of time.
The story began in 1995 with the creation of independent homes on premium plots across Jaipur, culminating in the successful delivery of 25 homes by 1998. Building on this success, the company expanded its footprint through landmark residential projects such as Sunshine Residency (Shastri Nagar), Prim Estate (Jagatpura), and Prim Welkin Enclave (Mahal Road).
Redefining Excellence in real estate
From 2002 onward, the company pioneered the concept of integrated township development in Jaipur, introducing signature projects including Prim Perch, Prim Vrindavan, Prim Habitat, and Prim Province—each designed to foster vibrant community living. By 2009, over 10 lakh square yards of land had been developed, and ten major projects were successfully completed by 2011.
In 2013, the company introduced land banking to Jaipur’s real estate landscape—strategically acquiring and developing properties in the city’s emerging growth corridors. This forward-looking initiative led to the successful sale of its first land bank in 2015. The company also ventured into public-private partnerships through a PPP project in Ashok Nagar, Jaipur, and entered the commercial space with GT Galleria—a collaboration with Bardiya Group—successfully completed in 2022.
Recent achievements include the launch and expansion of Prim Woods (2018 and 2023), along with a series of completed plotted developments that reaffirm our commitment to timely delivery, quality craftsmanship, and enduring value.
